‘You don’t know how happy and relieved I am that the sale has finally gone through.  It was a pleasure to deal with you and your staff at all times.  You kept me up to date every step of the way which certainly helped me.  We as a family will always be grateful for the hard work you put in to achieve such a great price for the property. It’s sad to see the house go but that’s life. We all have our memories now of the good times spent there.  I cannot in all honesty see how you can improve your service’
